Tickets

Ticket sales for each event at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center varies. The Cabarrus County Fair, concerts, family shows, and other entertainment-type events typically allow for advance ticket sales, but tickets for many of our events are only available at the entrance to that event during show hours. Please view the details of your event on our event calendar for ticketing information specific to that event. Advance Ticket Sales

Tickets for events allowing advance ticket sales are usually available on the internet and by phone through Ticketmaster or can be bought in person at the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center box office. The Cabarrus Arena & Events Center box office is not able to sell tickets by phone.

Box Office Location
The Cabarrus Arena & Events Center box office is located in the Cabarrus Rooms building Monday through Friday. Day of show ticket sales are at the entrance to each event.

Online Ticket Sales
Online ticket sales are only available through Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com. Ticketmaster convenience fees will be charged in addition to the regular ticket price.

Accessible Seating

Cabarrus Arena & Events Center offers seating for guests with disabilities. Accessible seating varies by event. Visiting the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center box office in person or calling at 704.920.3976 is the best way to inquire about these seats.

Will Call

Will Call is located at the entrance of the event and generally opens 90 minutes before show time. Guests must present a photo ID matching the name on the tickets.

Children's Tickets

As a general rule, children 2 years old and older require a ticket. Children under 2 years old must sit on someone's lap.

Group Sales

Group ticket sales vary by event. Please call the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center office at 704.920.3976 for information about group tickets for specific events.

Payments Accepted

Only debit and credit cards are accepted for ticket purchases through the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center box office. Tickets sold at the door for most shows are sold independently of the box office and may accept both cash and credit/debit card payments.

Lost Tickets and Other Ticketing Trouble

Replacing lost tickets and resolving other unique ticket troubles is best handled by contacting the original point of purchase. The Cabarrus Arena & Events Center box office has limited ability to resolve ticketing situations except for those tickets it sold directly. Ticketmaster's customer service number, 1.800.653.8000, is the best resource to resolve trouble with tickets bought over the phone or through Ticketmaster's website. Neither Ticketmaster or Cabarrus Arena & Event Center's box office is able to resolve problems for tickets bought from a third party.

Refunds

Ticket refunds or exchanges are not made unless there is a change in the date or time of a show. All refunds will be made at the original point of purchase.

Ticket Reselling

The attempted resale of tickets on Cabarrus Arena & Events Center property is prohibited by law. Violators will be removed from the grounds and subject to prosecution.

Re-Entry Policy

In most cases, Cabarrus Arena & Events Center does not allow guests to exit and re-enter an event.
