Accessibility/ADA
Cabarrus Arena & Events Center recognizes the needs of guests with disabilities and is fully ADA-compliant. Accessible parking is available near the entrance of each building, accessible seating is available for all events, and navigating the complex is possible using our elevator and ADA-compliant ramps.
Most events do not offer assisted listening devices or video screens.
Cabarrus Arena & Events Center does not provide wheelchairs or scooters for events.

AED Locations
Cabarrus Arena & Events Center has automated external defibrillator (AED) devices located near the entry doors of the Event Center and in the lobby of the Cabarrus Arena, Cabarrus Rooms, and Gold Hall. Cabarrus Arena & Events Center staff members are trained to use this equipment.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy
Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought onto Cabarrus Arena & Events Center complex. However, Cabarrus Arena & Events Center is able to sell alcohol at concession stands and provide bar service for most events.
North Carolina state law prohibits the sale of alcohol to those under 21. Guests will be required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages. We ask you to please drink responsibly and encourage the use of a designated driver.
Animals & Pets
Service animals as described by the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcome at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. Pets and other animals are not allowed unless otherwise stated by the event.
ATM
We do not currently have a working ATM on property.
Balloons
Helium filled balloons are not allowed inside Cabarrus Arena & Events Center's buildings.

Cabarrus County Fair
Cabarrus County Fair is held in September. It traditionally opens on the Friday following Labor Day and runs for nine days. Our eleven acre midway plays home to the rides, games, and food vendors. Gold Hall houses the exhibitors and entries. Community service displays and a very popular livestock barn is located in the Events Center. Camping
Cabarrus Arena & Events Center has 40 camping spaces with water, sewer, and electrical service available for some events. Tent camping is not allowed. Contact the The Cabarrus Arena office at 704.920.3976 for additional information and availability.
Please be advised of the following rules and regulations of camping at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center:
1.1 The facility reserves the right of admission for any reason and only accepts responsible campers who are considerate to fellow campers and
guests, as well as abide by the rules of the facility.
1.2 The facility is not responsible for any property loss, damages, or injuries of any kind sustained while camping on the grounds.
1.3 Tailgating and preparing/serving food for groups that can reasonably be considered catering is prohibited anywhere on property.
1.4 All children must be closely supervised by an adult as vehicles and facility equipment may be in motion at any time on the premises.
1.5 No loud or disrupting noise is permitted between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00. Music players/radios must be kept to a reasonable volume
and switched off after 22:00.
1.6 RV camping spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. The holding of RV spaces for campers who have not yet arrived on
property is not permitted.
1.7 Dogs are allowed and are the responsibility of their owner. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and not left unattended. You are responsible
for any mess, which must be cleaned and disposed of immediately. You will be asked to put your dog on a leash if it is seen roaming free around
the camping area or facility.
1.8 Camping accommodations must be left in the condition in which they were found, ie: no litter or damage. Any damages or excess cleaning
caused to your campsite will result in a cleaning fee.
1.9 No fireworks, guns, knives, or weapons of any kind are permitted on-site.
1.10 Disorderly or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and the facility reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises, should their
behavior be deemed inappropriate.
1.11 No open fires are allowed on the premises. Grilling for immediate family only is permitted. Grilling or tailgating for large groups is
prohibited as stated in article 1.3.
1.12 While on property, guests camping may not enter any building marked for employee use only or operate/utilize any facility equipment
meant for facility staff only. All guests camping must enter event buildings through designated entrances for that event only.
1.13 Any accidents on property must be reported to Arena Staff immediately.
1.14 Check in begins at 08:30 and ends at 16:30, unless an early or late check in has been granted by management. Anyone arriving outside of
these check in hours may be asked to leave and return within the check in window or may be subject to an additional day fee.
1.15 You must vacate your site by 10:00 on your departure day, unless a late checkout has been granted by management. Any failure to do so
without prior approval may be subject to an additional day charge.
1.16 You must keep to a 5 mph speed limit while on our property for the safety of you and those around you.
1.17 If you need to amend or cancel your booking please notify administrative staff as soon as possible. Subject to availability, amendments to
your booking can be made free of charge if you notify the facility fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date. If your amendment increases the
price of your booking, you will be charged the increased amount.
1.18 The balance of your booking must be paid in full at the time of registration and before you may receive your parking pass. Limit one (1)
parking pass per camper. Vehicle access to campsites may be limited during event activities.
Catering
All catering is provided exclusively by SAVOR...Cabarrus Arena & Events Center's in-house food and beverage staff. Outside food and beverages of any kind may not be brought into Cabarrus Arena & Events Center.
Cell Phone Reception
Signal strength will depend upon individual service providers. WiFi is available for purchase if needed.
Charging Stations
There are two chargeFUZE charging stations at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. One is located in the Arena Atrium, and the other is located at the entrance of Events Center B. The average cost to fully charge your phone is from $2 - $4 depending on the amount of time you use the device. For more information, see the instructions on the screen of each chargeFUZE.
Charity Events & Fundraising
As an active community participant, Cabarrus Arena & Events Center is dedicated to assisting community organizations that focus on charitable or educational programs in our community.

Charity Tickets
In most cases, Cabarrus Arena & Events Center is not the owner of events we host and is not able to support charities by way of providing tickets for use in fundraising. However, we will be glad to forward written donation requests to the owners of our events.
Children's Admission & Tickets
Each event has different admission policies, but generally children two years of age and under do not require a ticket. Please refer to the your event's details in our Event Calendar for specific ticketing information.
Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the rights of others while attending events at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. Guests engaged in inappropriate or abusive behavior, using verbally abusive or offensive language, performing unsafe actions, or creating disruptions will be removed from the facility.
Concessions
Concessions are available at most events from the start of the event until near the time it ends. We offer unique creations from our chef as well as the traditional hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, pizza, french fries, and candy.
Credit Cards
Major credit cards are accepted at all concession stands. Guests should assume that parking fees, ticket purchases, merchandise sales, and purchases from vendors will be cash-less transactions.

Drones
The possession, operation, or use of an unmanned aircraft system (UAS) or drone is prohibited on Cabarrus Arena & Events Center property without prior, written permission from management. Persons operating a UAS on Cabarrus Arena & Events Center property may be subject to criminal or civil penalties by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Elevator
Our elevator is located in the arena between sections 211 and 311 inside of the Arena.
Emergency Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and walk to the nearest exit in an orderly fashion. Follow posted signs and listen to announcements for specific instructions. In some circumstances, you will be directed to remain in the building and staff will direct you where to go. Please do not use the elevators during an emergency evacuation. If you are disabled, trained staff members will assist you in getting to safety.

Executive Suites
A Executive Suite at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center puts you right in the action while creating a private atmosphere for you and your guests. Use of these suites requires special arrangements to be made in advance of the event. Please contact Cabarrus Arena & Events Center office at 704.920.3976 to inquire.
Exhibitors/Vendors
Most events at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center are produced by a third-party promoter. Cabarrus Arena & Events Center is not involved in securing vendors or exhibitors for these shows. If you are interested in participating as a vendor or exhibitor in an upcoming event, please contact the promoting company directly. First Aid
First Aid stations vary for each event. If in need of first aid assistance, please inform the nearest Cabarrus Arena & Events Center staff member.

Lost & Found
Please report a lost item to a Cabarrus Arena & Events Center staff member for assistance. Lost items can often be claimed following an event in The Cabarrus Arena & Events Center business office. Please call 704.920.3976 to report a lost item.
Lost Children and Companions
Lost children and others separated from their party should go or be escorted to the nearest police officer or Cabarrus Arena & Events Center staff member.

Outside Food
Guests are not permitted to bring their own food and drinks inside Cabarrus Arena & Events Center's buildings. Tailgating is not allowed in parking lots or designated camping spaces. Guests utilizing designated camping spaces may prepare food for their party only and may not distribute food to campers in other spaces.
Parking
Parking fees for most events at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center is $8 per car, debit/credit card only. Some events will not have a charge to park. Check the information page for your event for parking details.
Photography, Video, and Audio Recording
Each event has different rules regarding photography, video recording, and audio recording. Generally, professional-quality cameras and recording devices are not allowed in the facility.
Prohibited Items
Backpacks, bags larger than 6" x 6" x 12", helium filled balloons, candles, confetti, drones, weapons not specifically allowed by statutes, knives, banners, posters, food & beverages, cameras with detachable lenses, and animals not recognized as service animals under the ADA are not allowed inside Cabarrus Arena & Events Center complex.
Re-Entry
Re-entry is not allowed during most events at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. An event may choose to make exceptions to this policy, please reach out to the event you are planning to attend with any re-entry questions.
Refunds
Each event may have a different policy, but guests should assume that there will be no refunds for any purchase.
Restrooms
All restrooms are accessible and equipped with baby changing stations. Companion and family restrooms are located in the Arena Lobby and Gold Hall Lobby.
Seating Assistance
Please contact the nearest Cabarrus Arena & Events Center staff member if you need assistance finding your seat, someone is sitting in your seat, or there is confusion regarding a seat.
Security Screening
Guests may be subject to security screening including the use of metal detectors and searches of bags. Guests may be denied entry while in possession of items not allowed by the event.
Service Animals
Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcomed at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. Pets and other animals are not allowed.
Smoking & Tobacco Use
Tobacco use, smoking, and the use of electronic cigarettes or other "vaping" device is not allowed inside or within 50' of any building at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center.
Solicitation
Solicitation and distribution of promotional materials is not allowed anywhere on Cabarrus Arena & Events Center grounds unless approved as part of an event.
Tailgating
Tailgating is not permitted at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. Guests utilizing designated camp sites may prepare food for their party only and are not permitted to distribute food to other campers.

Umbrellas
Cabarrus Arena & Events Center allows umbrellas inside the building during inclement weather. We ask that they not be kept in the aisles and not block another patron's view of the show.

Water fountains are located at various locations throughout Cabarrus Arena & Events Center, typically near the restrooms.
Wheelchairs
The Cabarrus Arena & Events Center does not provide wheelchairs or scooters for events.
Wi-Fi
Public Wi-Fi service is available for purchase in all buildings at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. The normal charge is $25/day per device.

Weapons
Any object that can reasonably be considered a weapon such as knives, razor blades, and box cutters are not permitted at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. Guns not specifically exempted by statutes are not allowed. Concealed carry laws are respected.
