Cook - Part Time

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a part-time Cook at the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. This is a hands-on position assisting the Executive Chef/Food & Beverage Manager in preparing food for events by following approved recipes and maintaining the highest production standards for catering and concession service. Essential Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepare recipes as directed and in accordance with Chef’s specifications
Cook and package batches of food
Wash, peel, cut, and portion ingredients to be used in meal preparation
Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
Maintain high sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
Store ingredients properly to preserve freshness
Clean, stock, and inventory workstation; check inventory in and out; and being accountable for inventories

Custodian - Part-Time, Nights & Weekends

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an opening for part-time Custodian at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center.The primary responsibility of this position is to provide guests with a positive impression of Cabarrus Arena & Events Center by cleaning and maintaining the facility and assisting guests as appropriate. This position is expected to work cohesively with all employees of Cabarrus Arena & Events Center in order to maintain a superior level of guest service. Essential Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Cleaning event spaces before, during, and after events
Effectively and efficiently responding to custodial calls during events
